FMS:Visitor provides the ultimate combination of visitor experience, host convenience and building security. Visitor bookings are automated through calendar invites. The host just adds a designated email address in their calendar invites and visitor bookings are automatically saved and sent. The visitor receives their booking confirmation via email which contains all the details of their upcoming visit and instructions on how they can use the visitor app. On the day of the meeting the visitor can quickly use the app to see the location of their meeting and turn by turn directions to their designated parking area. At the reception area the visitor can make use of a convenient self-check-in tablet. Repeat visitors can simply use the one-touch check-in or touchless check-in and their host will automatically be notified of their arrival.
An additional option is to allow certain visitors to use their visitor app to also open turnstiles or doors. Receptionists, security and safety managers have a real-time list of all visitors in the building. Waiting times are reduced because hosts are notified in advance of their visitors arrival at the waiting area.
