As an FM Systems customer, you have access to a multi-lingual group of experts. They are here to help you with any of your questions and talk through your needs to provide solutions.
FM:Systems provides a comprehensive annual maintenance and support agreement that includes unlimited technical support and all software upgrades and updates.
When the section opens up: While many vendors require separate contracts for technical support and software maintenance, FM:Systems provides it all in one agreement—so you always have the software and answers you need, when you need it. You also have full access to our Customer Portal where you have easy access to the tools and resources you need at any time.
With the FM:Systems annual maintenance and support agreement you receive unlimited support, product upgrades and updates, training credits, access to our annual User Conference, unlimited webinars and access to the Customer Portal that includes over 60 how-to videos, knowledge base articles and user forums.

The User Conference is for FM:Systems customers and business partners and is the best place to learn about the latest facility management trends and innovations, listen to best practices from industry leaders, and see the latest FM:Interact technologies. With two full days of hands-on training and customer success story presentations, the FM:Systems User Conference allows our customers to take better advantage of FM:Interact as well as help them reduce costs and optimize the effectiveness of their facilities.

FM:Systems can provide training programs, increasing the effectiveness of how your team utilizes FM:Interact. Our classes range from training new users on basic FM:Interact capabilities and reporting to advanced database and systems configurations.
FM:Systems provides a variety of training options ranging from instructor-led sessions presented online to on-site training classes held at your company site and classroom training sessions at our annual User Conference.
Our public distance learning classes are live, instructor-led sessions presented online that include a hands-on lab where students are able to work through the activities and exercises in a remote training environment. This program covers the most popular training topics and offers you the added benefit of networking with your FM peers from around the country.

The FM:Interact Customer Portal provides customers with full access to the tools and resources they need to take advantage of the products and services FM:Systems offers.
The Customer Portal offers customers access to:

- User Forums—Participate in and learn from discussions with other FM:Systems customers
The portal also provides customers access to product downloads and the ability to submit and monitor service request to the Support Team.
How to Buy
Facilities teams have many things to consider when choosing how to host their IMWS/CAFM software. FM:Systems has a flexible approach to pricing to help meet your organizations requirements. Whether you want to host the software on your own corporate infrastructure or on FM:Systems professional hosting environment, we have different options that will help you get up and running quickly.
For customers who would like to avoid the initial capital investment the SaaS licensing model is the right choice for you. This option only requires a monthly payment and gives your organization access to the same great software.
For customers who would like us to host the software in our professional data center, the perpetual hosted option is the right choice for you. An additional hosting fee is the only difference between this and the perpetual license. Benefits include ensuring the safety and security of your data and provides a cost effective solution that will limit the burden on your existing IT resources while providing access to high-end computing infrastructure.
For customers who would like to host the software themselves, the perpetual license option is the right choice for you. The cost is calculated upon the modules you select plus an annual maintenance fee. The annual maintenance fee covers unlimited technical support, complimentary upgrades and updates to the latest releases of the product, training credits and access to the customer portal which includes discussion forums, knowledge base articles, recorded videos and webinars and documentation files.
